How long does it take to receive Personalized Orders?
Post artwork confirmation, the production process will take 7 to 10 business days. After which, delivery timing will depend on where you’re located and it can range from 5 to 12 working days. Should you require us to expedite us, contact us to let us know.
For personalized orders, we will produce an artwork proof for your review and confirmation prior to print.

Letterpress prints are so simple and elegant and the artwork preparation for them is also an art in itself. To prepare your digital artwork accordingly, do read this blog post. Carda’s Digital Printers use a 4 color ink process (CMYK). Please note that screen colors will differ as they are in RGB settings.

For digital and offset prints, Carda uses soy-based inks. All waste paper or printing plates generated are collected and recycled.

Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final and there are no refunds.
If you must cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
We are happy to cancel and provide a refund provided work has not been started on the job. Refunds will be net of the fees / charges incurred on Paypal.
Please note that if you paid with PayPal we will not refund the fee they charge for the transaction.
We offer registered postage for all purchases. Every posted order will be accompanied by a tracking number.
For Singapore orders, a self-collection option is available. Otherwise, we have available a courier service for delivery.

Yes, we ship worldwide and we do not accept orders with PO boxes as the billing and/or shipping address.
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Should there be import duties incurred, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by DHL brokerage or Singapore Post, and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
